The resort comprises of five large of one-bedroom villas, a two-bedroom family villa and a substantial four-bedroom villa each with private terrace and garden. The resort facilities include a rice barn restaurant offering both traditional Thai and western style menus, a swimming pool, fitness room, a library with internet facility and communal tropical gardens with a natural pond.

The villas are substantially built in the Thai-Lanna style each having a large roofed terrace, overlooking the pond and tropical gardens. The interiors are luxuriously appointed with craftsman built teak furnishing, flat screens TV, satellite receiver, DVD-player and a mini bar. All villas have separate dressing/beauty rooms and have large bathrooms. The floorings are ceramic tiled or finished with antique polished teak boarding and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Resort is located in a small village just 10 minutes from both the city centre and the airport. Within 20 minutes there are golf courses, hot springs and an ancient Buddist cave. The Promenada shopping mall and some restaurants are walking distance. Every Wednesday there is a local market in the village. Nearby there is a Police Station, a clinic and an old local Temple. The famous Doi Sutheptemple and the Winter Palace are 45 minutes away at the top of the mountain where you can enjoy the scenery and fresh mountain air.
